Pilot participants — grandfathering at GA. Pilot customers receive complimentary access to their pilot organization during the pilot phase. At general availability, pilot participants receive their choice of a founder-plan pricing tier or a 12-month free extension — recognizing early feedback that helped shape the product. This applies to one pilot organization; additional organizations follow standard pricing.
New signups pay the published rates when the paid tier activates. No surprise upcharges; cancel anytime.
